Yes, I have tried them and they do work to an extent. I used one of those pads and took it into the local hospital and asked them to do a check on it and they found some pretty interesting things that pad took out of my body. I lost the results the same day I got them, so I can’t tell you what they found exactly, but I should say the Kinoki foot pads are the better deal. You can pay for them once and set up an account so they only charge you for the price of shipping afterward for the whole time you use them.
By the by, the smell of bamboo vinegar is nasty, but you get used to it.
