		<description>Well, I know the detox patch foot things are fake. I bought them and was initially skeptical because even though they are gross and stinky in the morning, they pretty much smell the same way when they are dry and you&#039;re putting them on. (Just not as strong.)
So I attached a couple to a hot water bottle and put it under the covers when I went to bed and in the AM, it looked and smelled exactly like it did on my feet.
I do believe in reflexology however. (You have to press pretty hard though to effect any real benefits. I learned 15 lb. pressure was a good amount - I took a few courses. You practice by pressing your fingers onto a scale.)</description>
