Do you think that different parts of the foot are connected to every other parts of our body and the foot detox patches dispel wastes products from the body? Has anyone tried it?
Just wondering if it’s worth trying…

Well, I know the detox patch foot things are fake. I bought them and was initially skeptical because even though they are gross and stinky in the morning, they pretty much smell the same way when they are dry and you’re putting them on. (Just not as strong.)
So I attached a couple to a hot water bottle and put it under the covers when I went to bed and in the AM, it looked and smelled exactly like it did on my feet.
I do believe in reflexology however. (You have to press pretty hard though to effect any real benefits. I learned 15 lb. pressure was a good amount – I took a few courses. You practice by pressing your fingers onto a scale.)
