It get worse for me in the cold, like unbearable. Is this normal?

Does icing help before stretching or should I keep my feet warm?

Does plantar faciitious make your feet smaller? I noticed after my exercises my feet look bigger.

I’ve had plantar faciitious for about 5 years and I’m only 18, anything about those questions above will help

for the past couple of days i have had a sharp pain on the top of my foot. it started out slight, only hurting when i walked which caused me to limp. but now, about a week later it aches when im resting it, and when i do walk the top of my foot has sharp pain, and sharp pain shoots up the side of my calf. it also hurts pretty bad to flex my toes or to stretch my foot. you have to really look at it to see that its only slightly swelled and only slighty pink on the top of my foot. i tried researching on the internet but i cant really find anything to match my symptoms. anyone know what this might be? and what i should do? ive tried over the counter pain killers and ice packs and nothing seems to help D:
