I do. I am diabetic. And for the thousands of herbs which do help I rely on acv. I do because it always works. 1 tablespoon in 8 ounce glass of water 3 times a day. That is truly my cure all. Toxins are flushed as soon as they hit my system. Apple cider vinegar. It is caustic to your enamel . Brush your teeth after consuming.
Try large doses of Methyl B 12. it is water soluble so you won’t OD on it & is proven to reverse neuropathy. I used it on my diabetic cat after he couldn’t walk or lift his butt. within a few months, he could run & even jump on the bed. I used 6000 mcg a day split up between his meals. He is on 2000mcg a day for maintenance. Best to take it throughout the day. Not to be confused with cyanacolbalmin. Make sure it’s “Methylcolbamin”. Henrys or Jimbo’s or Whole foods would have it. not a drug store. it is sublingual.
It works, my cat is proof. I did many hours of research to find this. Good Luck
