		<description>It&#039;s kind of a hard place to get a good stretch, but if you pull your foot up towards you, that&#039;s probably where you&#039;ll feel it the most. Any calf stretch would also help. Even if you don&#039;t feel the stretch directly in the tendon, it&#039;s still good to stretch the muscle it&#039;s attached to.
You could also try putting ice on it and massaging it to help with the soreness.</description>
