It was prescribed to me because i have lupus (i am 14 yrs old) so i am in constant pain... just don't take it so much you rely on it. Also you may want to try rubs like IcyHot or my Favorite Tiger Balm (extra strength) , that works the best for me. Try that and Take it easy. Hope you feel better, good luck with the Knee!
