I am playing soccer for my college and I have had two knee surgeries in the past on my left ACL repair (ACL was graphed from the left hamstring) , MCL DAMAGE, and Meniscus Cartilage. The injury happened almost two years ago, my last surgery was on my meniscus in march. I have been taking it easy and did a lot of physical therapy. Now the top part of my front shin on the outside hurts and my achilles feels sore. how can I release that pressure and soreness, so I can feel better. My hamstring occasionally hurts. Is there any workout or stretches??? I need help fast!!!!!
i personally take vicadin and cortisone (or something like that) for pain… It was prescribed to me because i have lupus (i am 14 yrs old) so i am in constant pain… just don’t take it so much you rely on it. I take them both twice a day a long with like 15 other pills so i guess ask your doctor… dorry i wasn’t more help. best of luck feel better!
YES!!!!GO TO THE DOCTOR. DON’T DO ANYTHING ON YOUR OWN.
Have you tried soaking it in warm water or applying heat and cold packs to the sore areas? Also you may want to try rubs like IcyHot or my Favorite Tiger Balm (extra strength) , that works the best for me. Try that and Take it easy. Hope you feel better, good luck with the Knee!
