okay, well i play volleyball and for like the first month we had to run up this big hill everyday. and we have to run stairs like everyday too. and my tendon in my hill just now started hurting like really bad. i jumped up to spike a ball and rite when i took off to jump up pain shot thru my foot all the way up my leg into my stomach… how can i heal it? i still have a month of volleyball and i really don’t wanna quit. its been hurting alot.
