I would rather think it is heel spurs or plantar faciitis. If it were your achilles, it would hurt with every step as it is the tendon responsible for flexion of the foot. You can try "R>I>C>E>" rest, ice, compression, and elevation. You should lay off the sprints and jumps for a while and if the pain does not subside, then see your doctor for an x-ray and possibly and MRI. OTC pain relievers can help.
