Saturday, May 30th, 2009Toenail Fungus Removal?
Saturday, May 30th, 2009I have toenail fungus in my big toe, I scheduled a removal for 9/25 but am thinking about not going through with it. I was reading a lot about how sometimes it doesn't grow back and when they do grow back they sometimes have the fungus. So is it worth it? Is there something I can use at home for it?
Does anyone have a cure for toenail fungus?
Saturday, May 30th, 2009My insurance does not cover prescription medication for this condition and I cannot afford to buy it myself. I dread the thought of summer and not being able to wear sandles or go barefoot. I don't want to spread it to anyone in my family either. It's so disgusting! Help ... please?
How to deal with foot pain caused by flat foot?
Saturday, May 30th, 2009Help me please!! My doctor thinks I have neuropathy due to 20 yrs. of taking cortisone & I can’t go off it.?
Friday, May 29th, 2009I had a brain tumor on my pituitary gland when I was 12yrs. old. My pituitary gland had to be removed and I was put on cortisone. I have to take it for the rest of my life. If I go off of it, I will die. But since then, my ankles started spraining over and over and burning. Then, it spread to my feet and toes. I also have bone degeneration, osteoporosis, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, insomnia, and hypothyroidism. My doctor is almost 100% sure that I have neuropathy from the cortisone. I haven't had the nerve test done yet, but if I do have the neuropathy from the cortisone and I can't ever get off of it, doesn't that mean that I will only get worse and worse.
Just to be clear-I know all about the pituitary gland and what it produces and I also know all about cortisone and that I can't ever get off of it. If I don't take it, I will die. I've had to do a lot of research on my own because I've not had very good doctors. All I want to know is whether I am doomed to my condition getting worse and worse-eventuall y become debilitated completely-because I will never get off of the cortisone.
Diagnosed with a brain tumor last week, acoustic neuroma, anyone else ever had one?
Friday, May 29th, 2009I've done a ton of research on them, how they happen, possibilities of why, how they grow, what can/cannot be done. I'm looking for others' stories, any takers?
Has anyone tried Hallufix’s bunion walkulator and what has been the result?
Friday, May 29th, 2009Have you, personally, tried a foot detox pad?
Friday, May 29th, 2009I was thinking about trying a foot detox pad and was wondering what anyone THAT HAS USED ONE thinks about it. I have read similar posts that have already been made, but all the answers were from people with their own opinions of the product. I would like to hear from people that actually have used it and know what they are talking about. Thanks!
If you dont "waste" your money dont answer a question that you dont even have an answer for!
What is the best podiatrist or doctor for plantar fasciitis?

Does anyone have chronic achilles tendonitis? If so, what did you do for it?
Friday, May 29th, 2009I have chronic achilles tendonitis in both my ankles and I'm constantly reinjuring them and respraining them. I lay down most of the day with ice packs on because my ankles hurt really bad, a lot of times they burn. The doctors don't seem to know what to do with me. I've tried physical therapy many times, but it just made them worse. I've had this condition since May and I've been almost completely homebound and bedridden. I'm getting desperate, but I want to hold off on surgery because I heard that there wasn't a lot of success in that.
Also, I have plantar faciitis, which I got around the same time. It's gotten a bit better, but hurts when I've walked around too long. I really don't know what to do for it either. The doctors aren't much help.
